Patricia Rosa created this workout especially tailored for women to work specifically on the bottom area with isolated exercises using ankle weight as equipment, including Brazilian rhythms as Samba and Axe music at the end for a good cardio. Work HARD, SWEAT & have FUN!

These classes are held monthly and also available on request for a fun-fit weekend with girlfriends and hen parties or celebrations.
